This executive leadership position will oversee key retail, grocery, wholesale, and on-premise partnerships while delivering ambitious growth objectives and strengthening market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead national account strategy across major customer groups
- Manage executive-level customer relationships
- Develop long-term growth plans and commercial initiatives
- Lead annual planning, forecasting, and negotiation processes
- Drive revenue, profitability, and distribution objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute growth strategies
- Represent the business at key industry and customer events
Requirements:
- Extensive experience within wine, spirits, or beverage alcohol sectors
- Proven success managing national retail and wholesale accounts
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities
- Existing relationships with major US retail groups preferred
- Experience operating at executive and board level
