Flat-fee model split into two stages:
Initial project commencement fee

Our Retained Search offering is our most comprehensive and widely utilised service. Designed for critical, senior, or highly specialised hires, this solution delivers full market coverage supported by detailed search data, competitor mapping, and candidate insights — often referred to as “below the iceberg” intelligence.
We provide complete transparency throughout the process, giving clients visibility into every stage of the search, ensuring alignment, control, and confidence from start to finish.

Fee Structure:
Fixed percentage of total annual salary:
1/3 retained upfront
2/3 payable upon candidate acceptance

Through our extensive global network, we connect businesses with experienced interim leaders, consultants, advisors, and board members who can deliver immediate impact.
Whether supporting strategic growth, operational transformation, investment readiness, or organisational change, we provide access to highly experienced specialists capable of challenging thinking and accelerating results.

While this model carries lower upfront commitment, it remains a highly effective option for many hiring requirements. Due to the increased level of risk and non-exclusivity involved, fee structures are typically higher than retained partnerships.

Fee Structure:
Sliding scale between 25%–35% of total annual salary depending on role seniority.
Fees are payable upon candidate acceptance.
